Michael A. Panar, M.A., CCT, DAPA, FAPA is a sociologist and psychotherapist. As a family therapist he has counseled individuals, families, couples, children and adolescents, and has taught sociology and family studies in colleges and universities as an adjunct instructor. He received his M.A. degree in sociology from Kent State University. The author is a Certified Cognitive Therapist through the American College of Certified Forensic Counselors. He is also a member of the American Sociological Association and is a Diplomat and Fellow in the American Psychotherapy Association. He also received a doctorate of divinity in holistic healing from the American Institute of Holistic Theology.
